His expertise includes Credit Risk, Financial Crimes Management, Data Management, Risk Modeling & Analytics for such initiatives, Regulatory Reporting, Development of solutions & accelerators, Third Party Technology implementations.
At Careedge Risk Solutions, Kiran was responsible for business growth with P&L responsibility. Kiran leveraged strong commercial acumen and technology understanding to successfully deliver revenue and profitability aligned to business objectives. He created next generation, innovative products for the BFSI Industry. He identified and built diverse teams and nurtured high potential teams to lead transformation engagements.
Srinarayran Pareek

Srinarayan is Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary and has more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial services industry space. He has worked with reputed organizations – Treasury Manager at Reliance Industries – a fortune 500 company and one of the largest in India; and as Consulting Manager at ICRA Management Consulting Services Limited – an associate company of Moody’s.
Srinarayan has strong treasury and risk management experience and has advised various commercial banks, development banks, financial institutions, multilateral development agencies and asset management companies in India, Middle East, South East Asian and African countries in Credit, Market and Operational risk under Basel Framework. He has developed Asset Liability Management Framework, Value at Risk, Counterparty Risk Assessment Framework, PD/LGD models, Corporate Bond Yield Matrices, OTC derivative pricing models and risk management policies and process manuals.
Vineet Khanna

Vineet is a Qualified Actuary, FRM, SCR, MBA (FMS) and Subject Matter Expert in Risk Management, Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Science. He was Executive Director, Customer Advisory at SAS – a leading risk & compliance and analytics organization. He acted as Consultant and Advisor to CROs and Chief Actuaries in their strategic priorities – ALM, IFRS 9 and IFRS 17, Market & Investment Risk, Credit Risk Modelling, Pricing, Reserving, Sustainability and Climate Risk. Vineet is a Leader & Mentor with experience in building teams by attracting and mentoring best Risk and Compliance talent from the industry. Vineet regularly conducts C level workshops, product walkthroughs, trainings in India and Asia Pacific countries

Pradeep Godbole is a Chartered Accountant with 30+ years of Banking, Technology, Consulting, Auditing, Accounting and Management experience. He has held senior management positions at reputation organizations – Big 4 consulting firm like Ernst & Young; IT organizations like Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) & Wipro; and Banks like Deutsche Bank.
With a blend of experience in financial services & technology industry, Pradeep has led interactions with CXO suite within top tier financial institutions. Pradeep has executed large business and technology projects across the world – US, UK, Middle East, Africa, India, Japan, Singapore, Australia. As part of his work, Pradeep has trained and mentored large teams and won multiple awards for greenfield projects. Pradeep is a guest faculty at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is also speaker at professional events & seminars.
